Refund policy
Printebebe Returns & Exchanges (Australia Only)
We hope you love your Printebebe pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, eligible full-priced items can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read the full policy before submitting a return through our online returns portal.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item is full-priced (no sale or discounted styles)

The return is submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item is in original, unworn condition with no marks, odours or damage

All tags and any hygiene stickers are attached

The item has not been washed, altered or used

The order was delivered within Australia
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items and situations are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

International orders (outside of Australia)

Sale or discounted items
-
Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards
-
Original shipping fees
What You Will Receive
Approved returns can be issued as either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A Printebebe store credit in the form of a digital gift card — which has no expiry and can be used on any full-priced product
Your preferred option can be selected when submitting your return through our Loop Returns portal. Credit or refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Submit your request
Once approved, you will receive either a prepaid shipping label or instructions on sending your item back. Items must be posted within 7 days of approval.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us at returns@printebebe.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will assess your request in line with Australian Consumer Law and organise a repair, replacement or refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
