Shipping policy

We take care in packing every Printebebe order and do our best to get your pieces to you quickly and safely.

AUSTRALIA

Australia-wide free standard shipping is available for all orders over AU$150.
Standard shipping is AU$10, and Express Post is AU$14.

Orders are sent via Australia Post e-parcel — a fully tracked service. If no one is home, Australia Post will complete a safe drop at your premises where possible, or deliver to your local post office for collection.

If you’d prefer to sign on delivery, please select the Signature on Delivery option at checkout. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, Printebebe cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, or 3–5 days during sale periods.
If your order is urgent, please email info@printebebe.com and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer free NZ shipping for orders over AU$250.

Standard shipping to New Zealand is AU$20

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and take approximately 7–10 business days from departure. Your Australia Post tracking number will continue to update once it enters the New Zealand postal system.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer free international shipping for orders over AU$250.

Standard international shipping rate AU$30

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and take approximately 7–10 business days from departure. Your Australia Post tracking number will continue to update once it enters the New Zealand postal system.

 

Please ensure you provide a valid contact number at checkout — parcels cannot be shipped without one.

International orders that are not accepted upon delivery, or remain uncollected after attempted contact, will incur an administrative fee of AU$50. Please double-check your delivery details, email, and phone number to avoid any delays. Once your parcel has been handed to the postal service, responsibility for delivery lies with the customer.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Shipping internationally may incur customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
